Directions: Every day after bathing, apply to full body as well as targeted areas such as the thighs, buttocks, abdomen and tops of arms, using firm upward strokes towards the center of the body to help move toxins along the lymphatic system. Can be applied both morning and evening.
Juniper: reduces fluids, detoxifies, clears body of toxins and reduces edema.
Oregano: stimulates, and cleanses.
Grapefruit: lymphatic stimulant with excellent diuretic properties, helps to eliminate water and toxins from the bodily systems.
