$8 Flat Rate Ground Shipping
In the continental US, $8 Flat Rate Shipping for purchase orders totaling less than $75. Credit Card orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders paid for with a personal check will be shipped as soon as your personal check has cleared.

FREE ground shipping for ALL purchases of $75 or more.

International Customers:

You will be contacted directly with shipping estimates for your purchase order. We use Global Priority Mail (approximately $21 per order, 4-7 days to arrival) to ship international orders whenever available.

Return Policy

All returns will receive an account credit. There are NO CASH REFUNDS. SMB Essentials will promptly apply a credit to your account that can be used for future purchases or exchange any products returned in original packaging within 35 days of purchase.

ALL SAMPLES, SAMPLER PACKS AND TRAVEL KITS ARE NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. A handling fee will be assessed on all opened returns (25% of the original purchase price). Due to prior return policy abuse, return acceptance is at the discretion of SMB Essentials.
